Darcy DiFazio - Chief Executive Officer
Darcy has been involved in all aspects of the business since its inception. She is an owner and currently serves as CEO. Darcy’s background is in the financial industry, sales & marketing, and brand licensing.
Steve DiFazio - President
Steve co-founded Allegheny Store Fixtures in 1994 and is responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, administration, human resources, and customer relations. Steve is a hands-on owner who oversees projects from first contact to completion.
Michael Rychcik - Vice President, Operations
Mike joined Allegheny in 1995 and has been a partner since 2003. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and is responsible for engineering, production, and daily operations.
John Haid - Vice President, Business Development
A veteran in the industry, John joined Allegheny in 2005 after working with several industry leaders. His background is in business development, customer relations, and international sourcing.
Susan Whelan – Sales Executive
Susan is responsible for generating new sales and providing courteous and efficient service to our customers. Supported by other Allegheny professionals, she puts her extensive training, product knowledge, and overall expertise to work for the success of our customers.
Brandy Williamson – Director of Marketing
Brandy oversees the company’s marketing strategy and is responsible for market research, advertising, promotional programs, customer relations, and sales growth.
Dawn Reid – Administrative Assistant
Dawn has been with Allegheny since 1997 and is instrumental in maintaining the financial records of the company. Her duties include all accounting functions, IT, and human resources.
Troy Cook – Project Manager
Troy is a front-line manager who oversees projects from beginning to end. He works directly with customers, vendors, and production personnel. Troy has a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
Randy Larson – Project Manager
Randy is a front-line manager who oversees projects from beginning to end. Randy works directly with customers, vendors, and production employees, and also oversees purchasing and receiving. He is an experienced veteran of the store fixtures industry.
